It's very important that our new employees get a great start, as we have a reputation to uphold. To that end, we offer substantial training and mentorship. An initial one-week long “Boot Camp” introduces you to our company, basic recruiting principles, and INTEQNA's distinctive Placement Process; Boot Camp is also a great social experience.

To ensure these lessons are absorbed and then is integrated into your daily work regimen, an 80-day post-training program begins immediately after Boot Camp.

There are daily tasks, weekly webinars, and tests that both sharpen your recall and help you to identify your goals - essentially, a road map to your success. A series of instructive modules address critical subject matter; for example, how to:

• Address initial call reluctance
• Write an effective script
• Do proper preparation, including de-briefs of candidates and clients
• Handle objections
• Work with a candidate who is considering a counter offer
• Close deals on the phone or in-person, and so on
