IT Network - Incident Response Analyst - 6 month Contract with possibility for extension or even conversion to Employee.
1-3 years of experience. The incident response analyst is responsible for developing standards and processes to uncover, resist, and recover from security incidents
This role will primarily be tasked with refining the incident response required for the Enterprise Operations Center being deployed.
This is not restricted to security incidents, but rather all IT business impacting incidents (network outages, server outages, security breaches, etc).
Candidates should have extensive operational experience and working with various stakeholders.
There is an on-call expectation with this role.
In addition to responding to IT outages and helping mobilize IT to getting the correct people working on the problems, this role will work alongside a business analyst to optimize the processes and procedures that need to be performed in order to provide effective response to IT outages.
This role requires maturity and strong communications to interface with IT executives within the company.
